Parcel force - No show on collection

Im sending a bike via parcel force (yes thats mistake number 1)

Anyway, they where supposed to pick the package up but 17:30 yesterday, and its still sitting here.

Has this happened to anyone, if so what did you do to try and contact them?

I've tried the phone, and after numerous trys i cant actually get to speak to anyone, end up getting stuck in an automated telephone loop.

Emailed them too, but in the automated response it says they will get back to me within 2 days. Not great when im sitting waiting here!
 
Parcel Force's customer service is so shocking that you can't even get them on the phone if you want to give them money.

I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours trying to pay them so they could release a parcel which duty was due on. And I still didn't get through. Had to send them a cheque instead.
 
Well i paid for it online, so they have my money now. I resent having to pay for the same thing, as the chances of a refund are pretty slim i guess.

What crap service. (thats if you could even call it a service)
 
This has happened once with me. If you email CS they will eventually give you a refund. I think it took a week from the missed order date to the money being back in my account so it's pretty reasonable. You will have to book another order (and pay again) if you still want them to collect.

It's happened to me 2 out of the 2 times I've used them, they seem utterly useless. :mad:
 
I recently booked a courier for DHL through interparcel's website.

They didn't turn up.

I phoned up the next working day asking for a refund to which the woman on the end of the phone told me it had been rescheduled for that day :eek: WTF!?! I didn't pay for collection on that day.

I had it cancelled anyway. Got a phone call later that day from my Mum asking where the parcel was because the guy was there to collect it, ha :D
