Right there are a few smart guys on here that would be able to advise me the correct course of action

I ordered a computer part off ebay, was told the delivery date by the courier DPD to be the 17th.

The issue is that ive just checked the tracking and it says that it was delivered on the 17th at 4.55pm and signed for by REEVE

I was the only Reeve at the address but there was another guy here.

I have no parcel

I did not hear a door knock or open/close ... my dogs would have gone ape ****, but i cannot rule out i have been skanked by this guy yet.

I need a description of the guy that signed for it is it possible for me to request this information?

what course of action should i take?

THANKS

You'll have to complain, then they'll want a copy of your signature etc for validation.

If you've had things delivered from said company before, they can even go back and compare. As long as you dont' sign with an X or something silly.. :p

Driver will be in very hot water :)

tried to ring dpd but i get automated services it says press 3 for dispute delivery ... then it says i have to contact the sender .... takes the ****

depot is only round the corner from me i will turn up there and complain in person ... much easier.

Ive never had a dpd parcel before

my signature is always T reeve or Tom reeve in child like handwriting pretty easy to see my handwriting. i have a feeling im going to have to confront the other ***** that lives in my house

DPD are a nightmare. They no longer even try and deliver to my flat, no ringing of the bell, no calling my mobile, no attempt to deliver parcels. They automatically say the parcel was unable to be delivered and make me collect it from their depot miles away.

Not helpful in the slightest but just confirming the crappy service.

Its bad enough that i received a text saying delivery will be between 1130 and 1230

quite a **** take.

eating my pot noodle then making my way to the depot to dispute

You probably want to speak to someone at the depot.

Keep picking "Other" on the menu system till you speak to an advisor if the actual option you want is an automatic disconnect.

I messaged DPD on their twitter last week and I got a call back from a guy within a few mins and then another from the depot so they seem quite good with customer issues.

been to the depot

it was not signed by a reeve. the signature looks like code language tbh .... just bloody squiggles to me. i have no idea why tracking said signed by reeve that is the courier being a retard there. that only started this week .. great i get the new guy

the driver is adamant he delivered to this address and a stocky guy that is thinning on the top answered.

Now that is ******** as nobody of that description lives here or on my street. ive knocked on neighbors doors to no avail.

im just going to take it up to the bitch that lives here as he was home at the time.

In denial over losing your hair?

I joke I joke :p good luck finding your parcel

Go back to DPD, get a POD should have who every signed for it, if its not your sig, then log it as stolen with police/DPD.
