Parcel Tracking

Greetings. I've recently ordered some items off the site and I'm trying to track the parcels with CityLink parcel tracking but I can't find the Job Number. All other sites I have been on that use CityLink provide this number so you can see where in the world your parcel is - any ideas?

have u tryed calling oc?? or is it not in the email they send? (not bought any thing from here yet so there only ideas above)
