parcelforce contact number?

hi does anyone know a parcelforce number where i can contact them and speak to a person LIVE instead of button bashing an automated service?

they are currently holding one of ym parcels for ransom; (i paid the ransom on tuesday, ad the system stated the del would be made wednesday).

no parcel on wednesday, so i need to invoice them for my labour costs £5.25 min wage x 8 hours (£42), plus i want a refund of the Unfair admin fee "parcelforce clearance fee" (£13.50) it was an import, and the duty was only £10.30.

unfortunately their web contact us links to all automated systems, and their online tracker isnt picking up my parcel. any help pls.

I doubt you'll get any more than the clearance fee back, if you're lucky.

Anyway is it the 0870 8501150 number? Try 0207 2502888 for head office and ask to be put through to the depot thats delivering your parcel.

hurrah used the phone number you gave me, HO of the Postoffiec...

anyway they put me through and i spoke to soemone who confirmed that my parcel was still in the depot.. despite funds clearing on tuesday...

i asked him for compensation @ min wage x number of hours ive waited, he totally didnt understand and said no compo available...

i have taken it up with their customer services, and will see what theyc ome back with!

Thanks for that number. They've been holding a parcel of mine for a week now and I have had no luck with their automated messaging service.
