parcelforce question

i was meant ot have a parcelforce 24 parcel delivered yesterday but it didnt arrive. Will this arrive today or not because its a saturday? thanks for any help.

this is what the tracking info says could i get my delivery money back as it says the parcel should have been delivered on the 13th?

they have a thing saying in the T&C that they cannot garentee the dillivery date
