Damn company!
Ordered a Hugger (R1) from Japan and within 4 day it arrived in the UK,
Customs kept it for about 3 day? Then it got shipped up to the Preston Depot and held until I pay the charges, had to wait 2 days before I got the letter, paid in the morning of receiving the letter, Paid for Saturday delivery, and some tool forgot to lift the held status of my package so I will now receive this on monday
Now I have to claim to get my bloody £12 Saturday delivery charge back
I hate waiting for packages, its a waste of life!
