My parents my loss there house due to a few problems but i still live with my parents and cannt afford to move out or get any rented place i'm 22 but have a few debuts which stop me moving out, bascily i have about £250 a month left after bills are paid, i m wondering what things i can do as i wont have any were to go if they do loss it.

Thanks for any help

true.. but most of my friends have houses etc and living with parter's.. most of them said i could stay with them for a while, but trying to figure out long term things, will have to get a job closer to were i live, looking at my debuts i could not really afford to move out for the next for years due to loan and cc debit

in what way may they lose the house? bankruptcy? divorce?
why cant you go with them to the next house?

they could loss the house due to not paying the morgage, a court date has been set but if they loss and get put on council list, i cannot move in with them as im over the age, but im hopeing they will look at my finace and see that i could not afford a 1 beedroom flat on £250.

Without commenting too much...

could you not have helped them with the mortgage? mind have secured the house for all of you.

Yeah this is what I would have done if I lived with my parents and they had mortgage problems.

Better than having to move out and watch them suffer the stress of reposession!

i have help now and again, but if i only have £250 left for the whole month i cant really help out at the moment, plus a lot of my debut is thanks to my dad helped with debuts for years which he said he would pay back never did so now im in debut aswell.

Get your name on the council list, if your parent do lose the house you're also entitled to a council house. If you're technically homeless you will get priority, after the ***** baby-factories and thieving immigrants, obviously.

Without putting too finer point on it.....

Thats a nice PC spec you've got listed for someone heavily in debt ;)

true, but the pc is nearly 2 years old and im trying to sell it etc, i have sold my car and other things to sort my debt out, yes i have made mistakes im 22 and got a credit card (BAD IDEA).. i dont often go out with mates due to money..

I have helped in past, but should i get myself in major debt aswell at the same time. i dont want to sound like im being harsh but there is only so much i can do.

Time to grow up and face the music :/ Need to sort yourself out, see if you can save money on your loans by getting one single BANK loan (not one of these stupid debt consilidation things). Look for a cheapo flat, poss share. Sell things you can do without.

Don't give him too much of a hard as losing your home is a big deal.

Your best bet is to go ahead and rent somewhere even if it's above your budget due to Credit card repayments. Then go to your local CAB and get them to help you sort out your Debts. They should be able to lower your repayments so you can afford to live carefully.

Whatever you do don't make yourself homeless.

Yeh, time to grow up.. one reason why i cant keep helping parents pay of there debt.. im going to speak to my bank about it and see what they say.
I do want to help my parents, but should i help out and get my self into major debt? or i'm being selfish? (sorry about spelling)

Debt, not debut.
If thats the only spelling mistake and grammar mistake you can spot, you have issues too :)

OP: No I dont think you are being selfish, however personally I would have tried my best to help out as much as I can.
