Parking at home

So OP, you have had about 5 people tell you that phoning your local Police and getting it towed away is the best answer.

Its been moved now. The main issue is coming home late and not being able to park (police aren't going to come out at that time to move a car).

As I mentioned earlier it all seemed to be in retaliation to the head of RA telling them what the rules were.

So tonights act of childish resistance is to play bass heavy music really loud. Only for about 5 minutes at a time and the same song over and over with a couple of minutes break.

Its annoying me and I can only hear it through the open window. I feel very sorry for their immediate neighbours who have 3 children under the age of 5 that they will be trying to put to bed.

Can you not get all of the neighbours together and put a mass complaint in and see if you can get them moved on?

The only reason I can see that they would start behaving like this (i.e. being deliberately difficult) is because they are expecting to be made to leave.

The head of the RA has told me she will be contacting their Landlord to warn her that her tenants are breaching the lease and since they have been warned already the management company will issue a fine.

Can't see the landlord wanting tenants in the flat that are costing her money.
