I've had the misfortune of being ticketed by a mongolid from Town & City Parking, WHILE getting my ticket from the machine.

I noted that it's not a Penalty Charge Notice, and that the company is a limited company in Perth to boot so am hoping that I can just ignore it?

Even if not, the fact that I bought my ticket within a 3 minute window of parking would surely give me leaway to get it voided if it is valid?

Thanks guys.

It doesn't mention anywhere about being affiliated with the council or police, and Town & City Parking Ltd is listed as the payment and appeals address.

I'll bin it :)

I'm getting some cracking letters from UKPC & Zenith Collections, the latest said I should expect a visit or a summons - haha, yeah - bring it on.

Every new letter brings more L to the O to the L.

I got letters regarding IMPENDING COURT ACTION.

I laughed and then filed it in the bin.

Yeah I got one of these "Notices" recently too as posted in the other thread.

I put it on my notice board on my wall so I can laugh at it every time I walk past :p

Just goes to show how desperate these morons are getting. Do they honestly think ticketing someone whilst they go to buy a ticket would stand up in court? :D :o

I got one a year ago and they kept upping the fine every few weeks as I hadn't paid. They kept recommending that I pay them ASAP to avoid further fines and legal action.

So what this amounts to is free parking in all non-council 'policed' carparks. I'll have to remember that.
