Parking in Bournemouth Question

Does anyone know if it's reasonably safe to leave a car for the evening at the coast end of West Hill Road in Bournemouth, or is this area bad for break ins? Would it be worth paying to park in a nearby multi-storey like the BIC instead?

I've parked up on the cliffs often enough for an evening of cinema without issue. But thats no guarantee I guess

In that case park it on double yellow and with luck it'll be towed away.

I wouldn't, I parked my car there and came back to find a fat guy dressed as spiderman firing his "web" onto my windscreen.*

*this didn't happen, i've never been to Bournemouth
