Parp-iquitte query

I was wondering about the etiquitte of Parping here. What rank should you be before starting to parp other users? Above ground level (which I believe is 50)? Has anyone written a FAQ on parping?

In simple terms:

Parp = Warning to someone you're about to overtake them (or stomp them)
Stomp = To overtake somone in terms of total score
Farp = (Failed Parp) Failure to overtake someone you've parped

But there's only any point in parping someone who is active (24 hour Avg > 0). There are a lot of corpses to stomp first!
