Please put the intervening period to good use and have the removal van fully loaded with all your personal effects on or before April 24th.

It would be appreciated if you could leave the place in good order, including the removal of all traces of chewing gum wrappers and gregs cheese pasty flakes from around the place

Mmmmm number 2 slot is looking good from where i am, number 1 well thats a whole different kettle of fish. That would require a significant long term investment and awhole lotta patience....i can dream though
