Valuables? Luggage? Minibar? Bloody hell you folding types are spoiled! Down here in the SETI dungeons we are lucky if we get a cell above the waterline! I have heard that some lucky so-and-sos in the higher cells get one of these special chairs though!
Some foldy higher-ups are rumored to get their own chairs. I'll have to wait and see.

Not to worry, I've already doubled the prices in the cell 39 minibar. Those in cells 30 through 38 should be advised to keep their doors locked in case a stranger tries to stagger in, empty their minibar, and fall asleep.
