You'll find that cells in the 30s are much less tattered than the cells in the 40s.
 
Valuables? Luggage? Minibar? Bloody hell you folding types are spoiled! Down here in the SETI dungeons we are lucky if we get a cell above the waterline! I have heard that some lucky so-and-sos in the higher cells get one of these special chairs though!
 
Not to worry, I've already doubled the prices in the cell 39 minibar. Those in cells 30 through 38 should be advised to keep their doors locked in case a stranger tries to stagger in, empty their minibar, and fall asleep. :D

Should see the accomodation down here at 218! At least you lot have a cell to lounge around in.. when im not being whipped as I pull on an oar im stuff in a little rat hole with all the other 200s who aren't rowing!

I'm going for broke. I just bagged a fleet of lower-level cells. I decided to have a look down there and see what it's like. :D
