Anyone got the Parrot CK3100 bluetooth Kit? I see there is now a CK3200 but thought I might just go for a 2nd hand CK3100. Anyone got experience of these?

had one for a couple years, now changed to a 3000 as i dont like
the screen, and its much easier to hide away.

Good kits, audio is fine and piece of cake to install.

wow ninja reply skills. Thanks! I want something that as far as possible is "hardwired" in to the car so that I don't have to remember to charge it or pick it up. I have a bog standard in ear one at the moment and just forget to use it.

I got the Ck3000 evoloution and it just works as it should as long as you leave your bluetooth on all the time.

I did have the 3100 but didnt like having the screen so got the 3000 instead.

It works very well muting the radio when you get a call - but can be annoying not knowing who is calling unless you get your phone out and having a look.

They are hard wired and come on automaticly when you put the key in the ignition.

No experience with the 3100 but I have the 3200. Like it a lot, no problems with it.

Automatically mutes everything for calls in or out and sound comes out of my speakers.

I had a ck3100 I fitted to my Volvo it worked really well. I fitted it to a speaker cover on the dash so if I wanted to remove it I could just change the cover and there were no holes. My wife has just had one fitted to her company Golf and that sounds even better as they have fitted the mic next to the rear veiw mirror.
They are a peice of cake to fit and adapter cables can be bought for any non ISO car, personally I like having the screen to see whos calling.

I have the Parrot CK3100. At least I think I do, it looks the same as the ones on Google image search anyway :p The previous owner of the car installed it.

Couldn't live without the screen. Very handy seeing who is calling and for flicking through the phonebook when wanting to dial someone. Sound quality also seems excellent and sometimes the person on the other end doesn't even realise I'm driving. It also syncs with my phones phonebook very well.

Hi matt, how are you mate?

I have the 3100. I will try and get some pics of how I installed it.

It was quite easy to install and I cannot really fault it. Real pleased with mine :D

I also have the CK3000, as I didn't want the screen.
Top bit of kit, and works perfectly all of the time.

Fitted a CK3100 to the 530d. It works fine but the screen setup is fiddling and annoying. I prefer the Nokia CK-7W without screen in the 530i - it just works..

I fitted the 3100 to my girlfriends car for her birthday, we are both very pleased with it. Its actually better then the OEM one in my car.

set the voice tags up and it will announce who is calling

He speaks the truth, this way you can use it as a proper hands free kit.

No need to touch the phone to call out or answer, plus it looks
a lot neater if you dont have the screen on show ;)

i was very tempted by the MK 6000 yesterday actually - the ability to stream music is pretty usefull too as i'm using one of the SE music phones as my mp3 player...

is the "noise canceling" worth anything on these? its so damn noisy in my little polo on the motorway at the moment...

I'm well ta, new set of hyrdagrips coming for the Xantia today and spheres going on next week. Hope to fix some electrical gremlins over Easter weekend (will relieve boredom at family events) and yesterday I sold the Accord for £250 in its crashed state and managed to drain about 40 litres of fuel out of it (and in to the MX5) to the neighbours horror! So I want to fit a Parrot and am looking for a second hand one on the bay.

Thanks for your replies guys. I reckon I am going to go for the 3100.

CK3100

My Parrot CK3100 stopped working after a flat battery, I can not re-set it, it went dull with no light and says " no signal" nothing happens and I can not re-set it nor do anything else? Any ideas?? I sent an email to parrot no asnwer to date. please help!

Hi Guys

Is the Evo still a good system? Got £100 to spend would like to know if there is anywhere that supply and fit in that price range?

Thanks

I have the CK3000, it is excellent

chose it over the 3100 for the neater installation

Did the same, it is much neater than a system with a tacky looking screen on show. The 3000 you can fit almost invisibly and it just works.
