Part exchanging my car. I need advice

ok, well some **** decided to key my car across the bonnet a few weeks ago. I had already decided not to get it fixed, and just part-ex my 1.6 53 plate Ford Fiesta. One car supermarket offfered me £2500, even with the scratch.

Fast forward to the other night, and I have scraped the side of my car on our gate post, I came into the drive a bit to quick What should I do now? Do I fix the scratch and the scrape on the side, which I reckon will cost around £400-£500, or will a garage not look to much into this and offer me around the same price whatever condition.

I'm gonna ask a few garages to get a better idea, but what do you think I should do?

They will just send it straight off to auction anyway, so they would not give you any more for it, and prob not a lot less if you leave the damage
