Part-time course results messed up

So basically i got my results of the first year of my part-time course and was delighted that i passed all my modules. However i've received a letter and an email saying that i've failed the course and have been officially withdrawn from the course?!?!

Immediately phoned tutor but he wasn't available and turns out he isn't in until tomorrow. Phoned the college and spoke to another member of staff who said my student status was "Withrawal required with credits". The only way to get this reversed is to appeal which apparently takes up to 6 weeks.

What to do? Really panicking tbh. Sure i shouldn't be having to do all the chasing up as it's not my ****-up.

Only thing you can do is speak to your tutor to find out what is actually going on. Either they sent you the wrong results and you did fail, or you passed and the admin had a bad day when they were updating the student statuses in their internal systems ?

Just seen why i was marked as failed. It has me down as doing a full-time course, so has put me against full time. No wonder. Guess it was a bad day in the admin office. The marks breakdown on moodle shows i passed everything. Still a pain the in the arse.
 
shouldn't be anything to worry bout - some admin **** just needs to update a database to show you're part time and not some full timer who has failed half his courses
