Partial Upgrade, Is it worth it ???

Ok firstly my current specs :

PSU:- Enermax galaxy 1kw
CPU:- Intel C2D Q9300 @ stock 2.5ghz
RAM:- 2gb OCZ sli ready + 4gb TEAM extreme dark [6gb]
GPU:- 2x GTX 280's sli [not OC'd]
MOBO:- MSI P6N Diamond 680i
CASE/COOLING:- Antec 1200, Thermalright IFX-14 + backplate cooler
NIC:- Bigfoot industries KILLER NIC M1

My question is is it worth upgrading the mainboard for the new gpu's and a 45nm cpu or will the 680i handle it ok ?

Looks like a good system, not worth the upgrade as your bang for buck is pretty good atm.
