partially build pc until gpu availability?

would it be a good idea to by most pc parts during black friday, and then wait for 3070, or 6800 to be available next year, would it be better to buy all parts at the same time next year, as prices might drop anyway?

in pc parts world i would say buy all same time.
Later means better.

Depends what your buying..new Ryzen 5***, new Nvidia 30** or new RX 6*** won't be on sale as so new, limited stock . For those you WOULD order NOW ! Just to get it in time before NYE !
Rest could wait for BF to get nice deals on Ram, boards etc
