Partition HDD

i partioned my HDD when installing windows 7 however only the 1st partion show up in my cumputer? any way of adding the 2nd partion?

1. Click on start and type diskmgmt.msc on search bar (on Run command)

well I didnt read that article fully, but diskmgmt.msc is what you want anyway google has a ton on it.
