Partition issue help please

I've got 2 Partitions i want to delete and then add that space to an existing Partition can this be done with no issues and what software would be advised to use please?.

I'm using Win XP.

Anyone know where i can download this ?

As i have downloaded one but i can't seem to boot it up?

http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

Download the .iso and then burn the iso to a CD, and boot from the CD.
