Partition Manager?

So basically guys I'm looking for a good Windows Partition Manager for Windows 7, the in-built management software just isn't let me do what I want it to do and is rather slow at doing so anyway.

Does anyone know a good piece of software that could help me out here?

I've always used Acronis disk director, Does everything I want it to and more.

...However, It is a bit pricey.
