Partition problem - Image inside

I have this partition, with nothing in it, empty. But can anyone tell me why I have 'Copy all items to CD' in top left

I have nothing to copy, also have hidden files enabled too.

Because you have the default Windows XP 'IMAPI CD-Burning COM' Service running.
