Jeeeeeshus it IS 3am most people with a life are out partying not partitioning.

Since you got so much disk space :

30gig ? (Allows for nice defraging which stupid windows needs a lot of)

10gig would be good but you'll have to ensure install all your programs on the secondary partion.

I'd recommend a part of between 40-60gb, should be enough for the OS and any apps you care to install, leaving it large will also allow you to goto Vista when you want without the hassle of deleting/increasing the current partition.

Ive successfully partitioned a 30GB drive into XP, Vista and Linux before, ended up at about 9GB each.

Wouldnt recomend it however. you really want 20+ to allow for defragging etc. Currently Ive got an 80GB split into 2 for Vista and XP, 38ish each, works fine. Dont really want any more.
