What it is, I have this 100mb partition which was left over from my OEM OS, and I want to remove it, but I can't. What I did was to install my retail version of windows on my C drive, and forgot to remove that partition labeled System Reserved. Any way of getting rid of it, thanks.

If you do a fresh install of W7 on a brand new hard drive it will create the 100mb volume, it uses it to store boot / recovery files if I remember correctly..

Removing it will likely kill your install

I think there is a way to force Windows to install without it, but tbh, it's only 100mb and probably best of leaving it there

Assuming this is your Dell in your Sig? It's also the Dell recovery partition for your OEM.

As bledd has said - at 100Mb it's hardly going to matter really. Looks annoying on a partition table but won't effect your computer running.

You could try GParted Live, which runs from a bootable CD but it's a lot of effort, with the attached risks of data loss or corruption, for little gain :)
