I've got an Asus ROG laptop. It's a fantastic machine but for whatever reason they provide a teeny tiny system partition. I have only 10gb of space left on my system/boot drive. I've two hard drives and three partitions. Two of these partitions offer masses of space. It's a ridiculous setup. But anyhow, is there any partition software that will let me merge the C: and D:, whilst keeping E: as my data drive. I don't want to reformat.

Yep, as stated, you can do it all on window nativey now...
If you havr troubles, and don't trust microsoft then try g-parted live boot cd.

Ah right. Well that's quite easy. D: contains things like Lightroom and my working apps. I wonder what will happen then.

If you do it right, copying absolutely everything from D: to E: then remove D: and extend C:, you will be able to rename E: as D: and everything will still work.

Take a backup before doing this.

Macrium Reflect.

Personally, I would have formatted the laptop before using it.
