Im gonna dual boot and so need to partition my 2nd hard drive for xp and games. It seems that partition magic 8 wont work in vista x64, so what will?

You don't need any other software as the Disk Management console in Vista can create, delete, shrink and extend partitions.

Ok thats great but will it do it without losing any data of the drive? thats why I wanted to use pm as i have stuff on the drive I dont wanna lose. :)

How do you mean? just put in the cd and reeboot and go from there?

And I cant find any Disk Management console in vista?

Wait got it in vista....

In Windows Vista it is now possible to resize partitions without any data loss in the new Disk Management console.

Resizing Partitions with Windows Vista:

1. Click on the Start Button and right click on Computer and select Manage.
2. Expand the Storage section and select Disk Management.
3. Then just right click on any partition and select either Expand or Shrink to change the size of the partition.

This will allow you to safely resize your partitions without any data loss.

Thatll do nicely, thanks all. :D
