Partitioning under Vista 64...Stuck...

I have a 1TB drive. I shrank the C drive down to 512GB using Vista 64. I then used PerfectDisk to defrag and consolidate the drive, then I used Vista again and got the disk down to 468GB.
Now I'm stuck. Whatever I do, Vista will not shrink the drive any further...basically because the MFT cannot be moved...
Any suggestions on how I can get my C drive down to about 150GB would be most welcome.

Have you actually used this software? I ask because it does not work for me. When I get to 'shrink desired', whatever number I put in I get the response 'The specified shrink size is too large'.
Could be because the MFT is not moveable...ho hum...

OK.
I'm presently re-installing Vista...using it to create the 3 partition sizes I need...then I'll 'do the shuffle' and re-install the OS again on the Vista partitioned drive where I want it...that's the plan anyway...:D

If it works, then everything will have been done under Vista! Can't be wrong then can it...:D

Got there in the end using Vista only...don't ask...it took hours and I'm sure I would not be able to repeat whatever it was I did...I'm cream crackered...and at the moment not a Vista fan.
Still, got 4 partitions, including a smaller one for the OS which was what I wanted.
Drives (or Volumes):
C=146GB
D=162GB
E=154GB
F=DVD
G=468GB

Enough for now I think...
