Hey all just wanted to make a thread to see if any one else has had this problem also.
Ok so I received my Parvum Systems 2.0 case today in the post and when assembling I found multiple problems. Firstly I noticed that the between the base panel and the motherboard mounting panel as a gap as tho the tolerance was not quite right or it had warped at the bending point of the mobo panel

Notice the gap between that the light is shining through i mean ok, there might be a small gap but its pretty noticeable in my opinion

Second thing I found was the ssd mounting panel was completly not the right size i mean it's around a inch short and is missing 2 mounting holes

Other than those two problems the case is great just really confused

I have contacted parvum systems but no reply yet :(
what do you guys think?

I'm sure Parvum will sort you out.
They are very active on the forums and seem nice.
Although I can image that is is quite concerning that something like this has gotten as far as the consumer.
Simple mistake in the machining process i'm sure

Yeah hope they do get back to me otherwise cant mount any HDD/SDD's unless i Velcro them :P
By the looks of it I think they were cutting a template with the last bit of a acrylic sheet and therefore the inch off the end missing :S

Great to hear you got it sorted, the panel did look like it was milled shorter that it should be. +1 for Parvum in terms of customer service.

As above - some how it was milled short - no fixing holes is a giveaway.
Good to know the parvum boys are sending a replacement asap.
(just a shame it didn't get noticed before it left the workshop.)

As for the mid wall - that's normal.
You can improve it with a bit of sanding to remove the bump where the acrylic is bent.
But it's a butt joint - you'll always get some light bleed
