Progress so far......

Radiators and Fans fitted - added Block and memory to motherboard but Samsung 950 is in other machine so cannot install Motherboard until day of full setup. Had a pain added the EK CPU Waterblock as the backplate was not letting one of the screws thread in properly so everytime i added thermal paste and started screwing together that one would pop off (had to do this 3 times lol)

A lot of hard work last night. Finished at last!! Cabling is a mess in the back but i'm not too fussed about having braided cables also went for bendy tubes as i have never attempted hard tubing and at this small level i can imaging it would be a nightmare.

It was a lot harder to connect the cables this time around but i am happy with the finished product.

Looks a lot better in reality :)

Incidentally temps are amazing now. I have the D5 pump running around 1 1/2 the temps now ide around 20-23 when i my massive phantec enthoo primo they would idle at around 26-27

PSU Behind mobo? Looks lovely!

Yes, managed to fit my huge PSU in the back which i am happy about (it buliges out a few mm so the side panel is not fully flush but may go for a smaller quieter PSU and get some custom brading in the future. Also put my 3.5 inch HDD 4 TB drive and an SSD for backing up the OS.

I was worried about having the Resevoir/Pump combo horizontal as the outlet what quite high so though there may be an issue with circulating the water but it seems fine.

I was also nervous about drilling holes for the res brackets but drilled without any issue.

Looking good mate, always impresses me how people fit watercooling loops into such small cases :)

Thanks, appreciate that :)

Its my third custom loop ever lol. I think the main issue will be the annual draining by the time i have to do it again i will have forgotten how hard work it was.

May take a shot at hard tubing next time.

At the moment it is just stuck on the back with some tape i removed the SSD holder and the SSD drive is stuck over all the wires lol (will be getting some 3M dual lock soon)

It is a cable nightmare at the back at the moment and everything is just crammed in there with no cable management so unfortunately i cant really show you the back yet.

Stuff will fit ok though.

When it is more presentable i will do a pic.

I actually have a feeling that doing hardline tubing will be easier as it was quite a problem trying to screw the ends on the end of the rubber tubing (maybe my tubing was thicker this time around)

But once it is set up with the rubber tubing it makes it easier to visualise how you will do the hard tubing and also helps you to work out which additional 45° or 90° bits you will need.

May attempt it in January with black fittings and grey coolant or maybe black! I Think that will make it look even better :)

Would be helpful if someone could advise which size fittings i would need with which rigid tubing.

Also for the Pump i think the D5 Mod Kit would make it look much better:

I'm still in shock with regard to the lower temperatures - on full load playing games etc processor and titan X doesn't seem to go over 40-45.

Will have to test this theory a little more over the weekend when i do some gaming and run some stress tests.

Noise levels wit regard to fans etc is also good - I am going to replace the current corsair 750 watt PSU with a smaller silent one as i can probably get away with a lesser Wattage one now so it will be even quieter

Do you think i could get away with a 550 or 650 one?

I had to configure the motherboard fans via the Asus software to get good levels. basically the small intake fan doesnt even kick in until i'm playing games and the top and side fans connected to the radiators run at about 800 rmp until game playing as well. The D5 pump is set to just over 1 and and seems fine. I think the loudest thing in it at the moment is the PSU which i will address over new year.

So all in all I am very happy with it.
