Parvum response times

I emailed Parvum way back on 5th August about custom mods to an L1.0 case but have not heard a single thing back yet. Was just wondering if this was a normal response window for Parvum or if this is their subtle way of telling me to **** off!?

Took about 3 weeks to respond to me, it really depends on how busy they are at the time.
