parvum slow at sending oders

is anyone else having issues with parvum. i orderd the R1.0 - matx case on 10th Feb any one got any issues? this is my 2nd case from them and never had any problems. i had email say sorry for delay and i was given a tracking number on mar 24th but that still says (order processed :ready for UPS)
my patience is non existent

i sent them a email yesterday and still nothing back i have all the stuff waiting but no case. may need to find a new case to fit it in

I still have had no response from them so later on tonight Ill put in a PayPal dispute . I'm not really happy about this but I have no choice I shouldn't need to wait this long

I received the email from Parvum I believe it has been sorted for now.
As for a phone number would be so much easier as I'm not a lover of emails
