Pass through molex's

Just a quick question as im trying to tidy up the inside of my case.

Is it going to have any adverse affects if i cut off the pass through four pin molex connectors for my fans, fan controller etc? I'm guessing it wont, and obviously would make sure there are no bare wires to short

It won't make any difference to how they operate provided you don't cut the wrong wire and you make sure they can't short like you say
