What pass has the most unrestricted access? Possibly this pink VIP one, with access to the pit, paddock and starting grid at any time?

I saw purple media ones at Monaco, with Grid written on the lanyard. Nico Rosberg had a green VIP pass with grid written on the lanyard. Also saw grey FIA passes that Jean Todt was wearing.

It looks like the grid, paddock and pit lane are separate passes, as many people had 4 or 5 on at once.
