Failed it twice before due to stupid mistakes however passed today with 1 minor :).

Already got a Ninja ZX7R and a Bandit 600S waiting here in my workshop, just doing some insurance shopping :(

Nice one. Tis nice to be able to ride a big bike without the ever present voice in your ear.

I do now think the voice in my head telling me to kill is the voice of my instructor.

Insurance wasn't cheap!

Just been out on the Ninja, I LOVE IT!

Once I grow out of these two in about 6 months, I'll be looking to replace them with an R1 and Ducati Monster :)

Do you think the test will be easy enough to pass, well Mod 2 mainly if I've been riding since August this year on CBT, I'll be getting a 125 in March, riding on that for a couple of months then going to do test. I've grown in confidence exponentially since I started. I was a pansy, scared to turn right on a road etc haha it just comes naturally now. Can't wait to get out on a 125 though. I'm 16 for reference.

I can't help but chuckle every time I hear that ;) If you feel you're outgrowing a motorcycle chances are you're just not revving it hard enough.

Still, congratulations on passing, make the most of this mild weather whilst we still have it, if you've got a reputable workshop near you I'd also suggest taking the ZX7 in for a suspension setup, maybe even consider an overhaul if you're feeling plush. Just ensure you are honest with what you ask for, a twitchy bike setup for track riding isn't confidence inspiring on greasy bumpy roads.

Maybe not outgrow but get bored of it, I'm a car dealer by trade so always driving different cars but bikes I don't really deal in.... for now anyway.

As soon as I've got a year on the road I can add them to my traders policy and I think I'll stock a few of them.

Lets have a look at this 7R then. Congrats too. :)

It's a bit bare at the min, awaiting some decals and I'm going to change the mirrors and lights to update it a little.

It also needs new pads front and rear which I noticed whilst changing the brake and clutch fluid today.

Well done, did you do the new independent riding part? I've got my mod2 next week and wondering what it's like.

Independent riding was the easy bit, examiner tells you where to go and you just do it.

The independent part was great for me. I just wish that was the whole test after they get you through the few manoeuvres to be done.
