Hello all,
At work, we have a iSDX Siemens phone switch and I seem to be spending quite a lot of time logging extensions in and out of groups.
I usually do this by opening a telnet session to the switch and (with a little help from excel) I paste in all the commands I want to run.
I generally have about 100 commands to run i.e., "loa 6901 334" would log out extension 334 from listen in group 6901. But the problem is that I can only paste in 5 line at a time, hence this taking a while to do.
is there a way of passing these commands to the switch automaticly, so all I need do is paste in the extensions, choose a command and have it chop the commands up into lines of 5 then passed them to the switch??
If I'm not making any sense please ask.
Cheers for your time
