passive cooled c2d mobo?

EDIT: Cheers, didn't realise all mobo's were passively cooled now, I'm looking at an ASRock 4Core1600, anyone had any experience with it?

I thought they all were - as long as you have a least one case fan or even just the psu fan and a passive cpu HS the board and undervolted cpu will run fine.

The days of little mobo chipset fan are thankfully over - or am I completely missing the point?

As to recomending a o/b graphics solution can't help sorry.
