Passive cooled graphics card for MCE

I'm after a passively cooled AGP graphics card for a small form factor PC running Windows XP media center edition and occasionaly used for some online gaming. I only have a single slot of space for it, and want to have as much power as possible. I don't have money to burn, so it needs to be under £100.

What are my options?

New ones? None on AGP I dont think.

Gigabyte do a 6600 silentpipe edition, looks like this
