Passive Heatsinks

I don't, but I expect any of the really big coolers will run passively with good airflow. Ninja and tower spring to mind.

Passively with good airflow...

Good airflow would require fans? Thus it would not be passive? ;)

pointless to run passive since a scythe ninja and even a super slow 500rpm fan which will be dead silent is doing to be 3 times better than running truly fanless.

But if you're wanting your system running totaly silent then the ninja would do without a fan.. if you're not overclocking?

Yes, it's definitely possible. Depends on your CPU of course.

... uses a low-power processor (65W) Athlon 64 X2 4600+, with a fanless Thermalright SI-128 in a desktop case (Antec Fusion).

Bear in mind the orientation of the coolers fins - in a desktop case, the Thermalright's fins are vertical, allowing warm air to flow upwards through them, but this would not be so in a tower, so the warm air would get trapped between the horizontal layers of fins. In a tower case, the Ninja or Tuniq Tower would be better passive choices, since then, their fins would be vertical.
