Can anyone recommend some software to store and secure licence keys, passwords, URLs and notes?

Right now we have text files shared between select people but i would like to centralise this.

How many people?

I use keepass and dropbox to store all my passwords accross a PC, 2 laptops and my phone. That way they all update (apart from phone which has to be done manually) when a password is added or changed.

I use LastPass and it works well in my experience. It has the ability to store notes and has a password generator which fills in the required fields for you.

You don't say what kind of scale you require, I've used solutions such as Keepass for smaller setups up to things like Cyberark.

I also use a keepass and dropbox combination.

I'm not sure if keepass would would work with multiple users. If someone changed the master password and forgot you could have problems.

I suppose you could just do it by key file authentication and have that key file on dropbox (and a backup copy in case it got deleted off dropbox). Obviously less secure and run the risks of copies being made but I guess thats only the same as people telling others the password.
