Password management software/service?

Anyone use such software? Thoughts.

Looking for something to manage passwords and change by itself at set periods.

Online service would be fine if encrypted with own key.

How reliable/secure are they?

I use keepassxc.

It doesn't manually rotate passwords tho.

When I first looked at this YEARS ago, Roboform was the "goto" program.

There are a lot more choices now it seems.
