Password Protecting USB Stick

Hi I want to be password protect my USB stick I have so that it cant be read anywhere without the correct password.

Can anyone point me to any software that i can do this, I don't need any thing over complex, just a simple password protector.

Dont forget TC needs admin rights on the machine

Hi thanks, ive had a look at TC and seems a bit overkill for what i want, really just want a simple password to lock/unlock the device when i plug in it, similar to my maxtor manager software, which prompts for a password when connected.
