Password Recovery

I have a notebook hard drive which I need to recover some passwords from. I've got it detected in windows, but need some sort of software to recover cached passwords from. It's more of a detective thing really, nothing dodgy - its my sisters old pc!

All the software I have downloaded seems to only apply to my system, shockingly it gets windows passwords and all sorts, very easily.

Any recommend any software I can run?

What passwords do you need to recover?

Windows, and IE/Firefox. Also Messenger.

Firefox will actually display the passwords for you, just go to Tools -> Options -> Security -> Show Passwords.

As for Messenger, just go through the "Forgot Password" song and dance.

No idea about IE
