I've got a wireless network setup in my house and evey computer has a login password for windows. I've made shared folders on of the computers and when I type in the IP address on another computer to access it I can see and access the shared folders straight away without having to enter a password, how do I enable a password because I only want one of the computers to have access.

I'm a windows XP Home edition user. I think XP Pro gives you the option to password folders but with home edition you can do the following;

In the user accounts controls enable the guest user profile on the host computer where you are sharing the shared files and folders from.
Set a password for the guest account.
Disable the guest account if you wish. (I did)

When others on your network try to access the shared folder they will have to enter the guest account password.

Hope this helps.
