Password

Not that I'm aware of.Why not use Winzip to zip the folder and add a password to that? No need for compression just zip it up.
 
Well, if you have XP Pro, and the other users have a separate account, just lock their accounts from seeing the folder in Properties > Permissions.

I think you can do this on Home Premium, upwards.

Yeah that's a good idea. But to see the Security options you may have to disable the simple file sharing from the bottom of the Folder Options "View" tab window.
 
Just encrypt it using windows. Right click the folder > properties > under attributes > Advanced then encrypt. If other users has a different account it's possible. If they use the same account as you then we have a problem. Just hide. :p
