passwording a usb storage device?

Ive got a 1GB USB FAT type flash 'stick' and id like to put a password on the stick for entry after double clicking the device in my computer.

Is there any software that will do it?

I'm sure there are some that have been mentioned before (cant remember the names of them) but slightly on a tangent, if you get a U3 enabled USB stick, the U3 laucher app has built in security so when you have security enabled with password and plug it in, it will display a login screen for the stick before it shows any data.
