Paste from Clipboard to Outlook

Hi,

What is the best way to get an image from the clipboard directly into the message pane in Outlook rather than as an attachment?

Is there any way to paste an image directly from the clipboard into Outlook?

I can only see the option to insert a file or clipart etc, and when I just select paste in Outlook I get a small smiley type icon.

Also what is the best way to get an image from the clipboard to a file apart from pasting into an application then cropping away the borders?

To paste into Outlook, first make your email format isn's Plain Text - use HTML or Rich Text.

If you mean you want to be able to see the picture in the message area, then just use Insert - Picture - From file!

Or the long way round, open the picture in a program like paint, Select All - Copy and then paste into the message text
