Patching Cod5

I am aware that the 1.4 patch for World at War has been released for PC. However, how do I update it via Steam? as this is where I got the game.

The auto updates dont seem to be auto updating.

as with any steam game you have to wait a few days before it auto patches .. with it being a bank holiday last weekend it will probably be end of the week .. maybe..
