Patriot Viper 4400 - 1T Command Rate

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3700x
X570 AORUS ELITE
2x 8GB Patriot Viper 4400

Hi all, built this system last year and I still am unable to use Command rate 1T.
My system comes unstable if I change it from 2T. I get memory errors in windows.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks very much! I basically copied @MrPils memory timings/voltages and they all work perfectly! Well, excecpt for 1T/2T/GDM. Only 2T is stable. I guess it's just the IMC!

Hmm seems I can't even use 1T with very relaxed speed/timings. I don't get it, so many people run this ram at 1T.
I'm sure I'm just obsessing over it. I'd just like to know why.
