I got some of this to couple with my EVGA X58 SLI LE and i7 920 D0.
It seem to be quite happy running at 1066MHz at 1.5V (which is what this EVGA and a UD5 set it to as standard) but when I crank it up to 1.65V and 1600MHz the system becomes very unstable. I am doing this under the divider i think, setting it to 1:12 instead of 1:8 (from memory).
Is this RAM not capable of running at 1:12 ?
I would be quite happy if this is the case as I can still achieve (or close to) the 1600MHz when I overclock the 920. But the fact that it will not run at what I thought was stock values stably makes me apprehensive to start overclocking.

Cheers :)

Is there an option for XMP profiles on that board? If there is try it that way, got my motherboard (UD5) and the Patriot Viper today and I just selected "Profile 1" under XMP and it worked perfectly at 1600Mhz.

Hmm, I will take a look, cheers.
I tried that on the UD5 I had before and it still wouldnt behave, then again; it refused to even 1066MHz.

Mine seemed to be quite happy at 1600MHz. Think its just the multiplier it doesnt like.
