Patriot viper rog maximus xii hero xmp HELP

I have a partiot viper 4400 kit (2x8gb) along with a i9 10900k and a rog maximus xii hero mb. When i select the xmp profile to run at 4400 my pc will boot up but crashes 20mins into games. Can someone offer me advise on how to fix this problem and make it stable please

Sometimes adding a bit more voltage can help.
